How is everyone approaching the 6/23/2016 final ruling for respirable crystalline silica, which is scheduled to require compliance 6/23/2018?

We use HI Sil. Non crystilian silica. So the rule doesn't apply?? As best we know about it. Changing the supply is one way however re-compounding isn't easy either.
