We are experiencing an issue with trying to extrude EPDM sponge cord (15/16).  We have a 75ft salt bath with cascade and immersion belt.  We have a manually adjustable puller at the end after a rinse tank, incoming laser and belt and 22 l/d screw.  We do not see variability at the laser, but at the other end we see +/-1/8 on the diameter.  Salt has been adjusted from 375F to 405F with many arrangements inside the bath.  We have reformulated as well to adjust the cure rate.  Thanks for your help.
