Rubber Manufacturing Blog / Business / Looking for help with Rubber Mixing/Curing Project
Posted:  23 May 2016 21:24
I have a unique rubber mixing/curing project that I am struggling to find help with and thought I might reach out to you to see if you or any other former RMA members might be interested in helping us with a project.

I need to have three samples of rubber mixed.  Two 10kg samples and one 15kg sample. The rubber recipe is a generic tread recipe.  I am struggling to find mixers that have this size capacity and have the ability to also cure the rubber (we are looking for it to be cured into sheets).

RMA will pay for the time and materials for whoever takes on this project.  Please let me know if this is something you or another former RMA member might be able to help us out with.

Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you.

Are they 3 samples of the same compound or samples of 3 different compounds?
What size sheets do you need?
